Ben's Back at Ben Burgers

Bluefields Group has appointed Ben Laouira as Divisional Director of its Ben Burger brand. Ben was the original namesake of the 100% pure free-range British steak beef burgers and eleven years ago was instrumental in developing the Ben Burger to meet modern consumer tastes.

Ben's return sees him heading up the Ben Burger division with plans to develop the range further and aid customers with innovative menu options.

Mr Laouira started his career in the catering industry in 1973 at G.W. Biggs in Kings Cross and has since supplied fine quality products to some of the largest restaurants, hotels and pub chains across the country. Ben was also the first in the UK to use the largest authentic Traditional American burger machines back in 1982 to produce nearly 700 burgers a minute.
