Owner Craig Douglas started using them after hearing that the company was a supplier to Marco Pierre-White. “Once I heard that Ben Burgers supplies the respected chef, I wanted to find out more,” says Douglas. “As the meat content is so high and because they don’t shrink during cooking like other burgers we used in the past, we were able to order 4oz burgers instead of 8oz and get a better quality burger while also making our budget work hard, but in no way compromising on quality.”
